KwaMuhle Museum (130 Ordnance Road, Durban) It shows Durban's local history through exhibitions of artifacts, documents and old photographs. The building itself is a historical heritage of Durban, being designed by architect William Murray-Jones in 1927 and built one year later. It is open from Monday to Saturday, between 8 30 am and 4 pm.
Durban Botanical Gardens ( a few minutes walking distance from Warwick Triangle) It holds collections of palm trees, sub-tropical trees and orchids. Contains a gift shop, information office, a boardroom and a hall building, used for exhibitions, workshops and weddings.
